This is a small family run business of over 50 years that I've used 5 times flipping houses. It's a real treat knowing there is someone out there who will help us little people save many thousands of dollars in commissions for a minuscule fee. All with an A plus BBB rating and outstanding rating from the National Realtors Association.

There are different packages that offer different levels of service and it's very clear what each offers and the cost. The first time you list it may be a bit confusing if you've never listed but they do a pretty good job getting you through it for such a small company.

You do all the ground work like photos and writing the info about the house, then just upload it to the computer, hit submit and within a few hours it's on the MLS for peanuts.

I always offer 3 percent commission and instantly have realtors calling to show it. They all want to be first in line.

Very unprofessional and rude people working there. They have horrible tactics where they will list your property on mls basically without your full consent and ask you to pay for it otherwise they won't remove it. The website is very misleading and everyone should be very careful and never file out any information there because they will charge you even if you never press submit button. They will post your property on mls with many mistakes and some additional fees hidden in it, like additional 2% commission to a non transaction broker. I wonder who is non-transaction broker in the case if the property sells, probably Jack Keller company itself. Plus 2% fees to transaction broker and another 2% some other broker. 6% total in commission fees if the property sells it looks like. Why not to just work with a traditional real estate agent who will do all the work for you and only will get the commission when the property sells? Plus Jack Keller charges another $495 some additional fees if the property sells. Everyone should know about these fraudulent and non fair tactics of this horrible company. I wasted $155 with them and 40 days and no one ever was able to call me. First of all, they are charging more then many other mls flat fee listing companies and second, they don't even have call forwarding service, which means no one can ever reach you with them. It is hard for potential buyers to find out the seller's number.

Let’s get the good things out the way first. The unit was beautiful that’s the one star I gave. 2 months into moving into my unit my entire unit flooded, I had a termite issue and mold smell came towards the end. The ceiling leaked non stop for a consecutive 6 months and I waited and WAITED for the issue to get addressed but it didn’t. I’d have company and the ceiling would leak, I’d go out of town and had to put towels/buckets down, the neighbors often had to come help me clean my unit on the days it flooded BAD. I got tired of living there it just didn’t feel like a home I could enjoy. A lot of my items got damaged over time from water damage and renters insurance wasn’t much help. My neighbor had the SAME exact problem and jack Keller was their realtor ironically. I ended up moving out for obvious reasons and towards the end I refused to pay rent due to my living conditions. I had to save up and relocate somewhere that’s actually LIVABLE!

I've been using this company for about 3 years to manage a condo rental that I own. I have had only a couple of issues with being paid a little late, but have had no major issues otherwise. They communicate with me through text (as I requested) and I can communicate with them any time of the day and for any reason. Pricing is the best I've found. When I met with them, they were about to go to a funeral of one of their clients. I feel like they are almost friends and strive to build long-lasting relationships with their clients. As long as they're around and I own a rental, I will use no other company.

I am extremely satisfied with my experience with this company. My calls were always answered, along with any questions I had and my listing was inputted in the MLS in less than 24 hours from the time I submitted it on their site. I sold my house in less than a week after a tremendous response from buyers and agents. I used to be a Realtor in St. Pete and had a negative impression about this company but I know now that it was simply because they were a treat to my business as an agent. They offer a great service at a much cheaper price and the other agents in the area simply can't compete with them. Free enterprise! The $150 I spent was beyond worth it as I saved over $5,000 in commissions!

Horrible service, realtors are mean. We called multiple times. No response to any messages, had to call 3 times to even talk to someone. Then on top of all of that, the place we were looking at was already taken and it's still posted online for rent. 10 out of 10 would not recommend to anyone.

Jack Keller Real Estate flat fee listing service is a great company and program. It was easy to use. Went on their website yesterday and entered all of the required info plus photos. Today it's a live MLS listing. Great company and Sharon was fantastic. She helped me with some entries I wasn't 100% sure about. She is such a pleasure to deal with. Professional, friendly and very helpful. I Highly recommend Jack Keller and Sharon for your flat fee MLS needs. I am a very happy customer. 5 stars

As a now, 6 month renter of a property from this company, I must say my experience to this point is very positive. My initial dealings with them were friendly , informative and easy. Thru this interaction I have acquired a wonderful rental property. Any issues that have arose have been dealt with efficiently, quickly and with good interaction.
