This was my first experience with this tax filing service. I was very comfortable with Mr. Jowers and his professional handling of my tax obligation. I look forward to his assistance again next year. I am extremely grateful a friend of mine recommended checking him out. I am so much pleased with their service over the tax filing giant H&R Block.

Extremely rude!

I was explaining my question, and the lady who answered the phone hung up on me mid sentence!

This was a land line, you can hear the entire “Hanging up on your face” movement going on. This was not an “I pressed the button by mistake”, this was pure rudeness!

I called this morning because I did my taxes with them for the past two years. I asked for my total refund amount which remind you I paid for their services and since I wasn’t able to access the information at the moment the woman at front desk asked for my name put me on hold came back asked me why I wanted the information to my dismay I replied, she then proceeded to tell me she didn’t have that information and she was busy and I would have to look at my copy when I got home. Very very unprofessional!!! I will be taking more action! She wasted time even putting me on hold! FYI Tell the customer your busy at the moment have them call back or take their number and give them a call back( tips for better customer service)

Disappointed. I simply called to check pricing for tax help. The lady who answered said 70 and up. I asked if I needed to come in to determine an exact price and she pretty much told me I do not need to come in at all if i need to do that. Some people have to budget every dollar and just need prices up front. Sorry for such an inconvenience

Extremely rude over the phone. Answered my question with minimal information and then hung up on me. I refuse to file my taxes here ever again. I felt like an inconvenience rather than a client.
