Utter disappointment would not fully express my feelings about this group . In 45 years of investing I've yet to come across a firm that is so inept at making smart and strategic decisions. They may be perfect for the uneducated investor that knows little about making good strategic moves and therefore relies on the expertise of others to make somewhat adequate decisions. That said, to a seasoned investor, their suggestions, recommendations, and executions fall far short of what would be considered in the best interest of a client. They stand behind the umbrella of being a fiduciary, although I believe they violate those obligations. They're stated rates for managing your account surprisingly is smoke and mirrors and they will charge at higher rates than originally presented and agreed upon. The owner John Hicks can talk a good story but his organization is poorly run and they do not accept responsible for the mistakes that they make. I don't believe they're interested in seasoned investors as these investors require real knowledge and proper tax efficient executions. I have parted ways and regardless of their response to my review, I can only utter the words that so many of us have heard before "buyer beware". My review and disappointment in them, is for what was promised, and never received. I left a 25-year relationship with a fiduciary group as it was explained to me that JHagan's full in-house strategic fiduciary company could take my investment portfolio to the next level. That could not be farther from the truth. I wish them well In their endeavors, but would highly recommend you seek an alternative fiduciary group. None of my comments are meant to be slanderous in any way; just my personal observations as a seasoned investor. It is this investor's opinion that what you will hear from John in your initial consultations is far from the experiences you will receive from his group. I entered into this initial relationship with Jon but at no point through the process, or the mistakes that were made, was he ever willing to pick up the phone personally and discuss any of the issues with me? There are lots of good fiduciaries out there and I would suggest you keep looking for one.

Response to Fiduciary Standards Comment:
While I appreciate your claim of adhering to fiduciary standards, your firm's actions do not align with this commitment. A specific instance, in my view, constitutes fiduciary misconduct. Instead of engaging with me directly to address my concerns, you chose to avoid communication. True fiduciary responsibility would have involved an open and transparent discussion.

Response to Fee Transparency Comment:
You mentioned fee transparency, but when I requested a direct conversation about fees, I was told your team would speak for you. This undermines the transparency clients expect, especially on important matters. If transparency was your priority, you would have addressed my concerns personally.

Response to Responsiveness and Leadership Involvement Comment:
While you express regret over my sense of disconnection, the fact is you, as the principal, failed to address my concerns directly. When I asked to speak with you, your COO dismissed my request, stating prior communication had occurred. This reflects a lack of responsiveness and disregard for client feedback.

Final Response:
My concerns are valid and reflect serious issues that deserve attention. If you were genuinely open to feedback, you would have engaged with me directly to understand the problems. Instead, your response feels like an attempt to deflect responsibility rather than address real issues with a meaningful dialogue.
