I have been going to J & E for the past three years. The last two of which Benjamin has prepared my taxes. He is such a help, willing to answer any and all questions, and I always have a ton. My husband and I swear by him. I definitely recommend going to see him if you are looking for a great professional experience. He's also bilingual and really attempts to understand his clients (my husband). We will definitely be seeing him next year!

I found them by luck! They took me in last minute last year before my extension expired, they were great and thorough I'm just bummed I didn't find them sooner. Benjamin helped me and he was awesome, will definitely be going back this year.

I am sorry to report this but I have not had a good experience with this company. We had filed taxes in 2018. We never got our refund for several months and went to the office. We were told they could go on a site that J&E had to find out where it was. All we were told was our refund was done. Come to find out a govt. agency had our check but we were never told. In March I called J&E to ask what they were doing should our stimulus check be deposited in their account. Was told they were in a meeting and would call back. I then called first week of April to give me new phone #. No one ever called back I checked my bank account for a month straight then finally went to irs site only to find out J&E has had my check for over a month. Went to office. Told me I would have to pay a $39 fee to get my funds. Woman I spoke to said it would take 24-48 hrs to get funds. Then another woman in office says will get check in 1-2 weeks.
Then I asked if they were member of bbb and said yes. I asked to see the plaque for bbb and some guy says the preparers move the plaque around. And guy starts talking to me more like a bouncer than a tax preparer about getting in a line yet there was no one in the office. I have had 2 bad experiences with this office. No due diligence was practiced and trying to charge a fee. They did wave the fee. As a tax preparation office they have no business holding my funds for what looks like 6 weeks.
