ISU, has been amazing with our family. Diane Kirsch has helped us so many times. Diane just recently retired after many years with ISU, she will be dearly missed, our telephone interactions were alway hilarious, too say the least, what a great personality.
Furthermore,we have always been treated like family, and ISU's rates have been very competitive with other insurance companies that we have shopped around with. My family has been with ISU for many years, and see no need too look elsewhere.

I have had an absolutely horrible experience with this company that makes it seem like they do not care about their customers one bit. I have repeatedly called to get help from them navigating my auto policy and they never get back to me. Avoid them like the plague

I've been using ISU Insurance and my current agent for over 20 years. She has been quick to respond, anticipate needs, kind and considerate. She explains what's covered, what needs to be covered and why. When I moved out of NCAL I got different quotes from a local service group. When I compared with my current agent she explained it was different coverage and their rates are consistent statewide. So I still talk to her and it's great because in insurance it really is personal.

Five star service - Great company. I've had homeowner's insurance for over 30 years with ISU. Our agent, Diane Kirsch, is one of the best. We now also have rental owner's insurance, autos and umbrella all with ISU.
