I met Yolana Isham in early 2020. I was living in an apartment and looking to buy a house in the greater Phoenix area. I noticed immediately that Yolana was very confident and knew her craft well. This was important because I was about to make the biggest investment in my life. I was looking for my retirement home. Yolana embraced this fact and went to work. She had other clients but she made me feel like I was her priority. We communicated everyday looking at potential properties until we found one and put in an offer. We didn’t get that property but Yolana helped me get through the difficult process. She put on her realtor therapist hat to keep me calm and focused. We had a very good conversation about the experience and I was confident that a better home was out there waiting for me. Within a few days we put an offer on another property. And again we were competing with another buyer to purchase the property. Yolana switched into another gear. With an uncanny ease, she took control of the situation and delivered my beautiful retirement home to me. There are no words to describe how happy I am with my home. Consequently there are no words to describe how happy I am with Yolana. I can only say that she is a bonafide superstar in her craft.
