New changes to my policy due to me calling to add a car and still the same great service. Suprised by the deal to to be honest. Again was helped by Mia, who explained every insurance option i had. Took their time and answered every question in a way i could understand. It makes having insurance feel easier cause they dont teach much about insurance in school. So when you get quotes from different places online it can feel like a lot to take in. But here at this office when i submitted for a quote for my requested changes i received a phone call and was asked when was a good time to discuss over the phone. Which to me makes a difference as well. Again like i said before communication goes a long way. This office has been great. 👍👍
