Brittany Olivares and Iron Key guided us through every step of our first home purchase (which just happened to be of our dream home). The entire experience could not have been better. Any issue that came up, they either resolved themselves, or told us how to resolve it; on the flip side, they weren't responsible for any of the issues that came up. They are problem solvers, not problem creators. Perhaps most importantly, Brittany managed to beat a superior cash offer by selling us--as buyers--to the seller. That really says something. Great company, great people.

Let me start off by saying this is the second time that Regina has helped me purchase a home.

The first time was at Granville where she helped me purchase my first home.

I decided to hire her again when she moved to Iron Key Real Estate. She helped me find an investment home that matched all of my criteria. It wasn't easy, especially in this market but Regina and Kathy was determined to help me.

They are professional, honest, helpful, determined, knowledgeable, and responsive agents. The list goes on and I can give many examples of each quality but that would make the review too long.

I will hire them again for my next real estate investment. If you are looking for agents who will uphold their fiduciary duties then you have to ask for Regina and Kathy

Wow. Unbelievable experience with Gracelyn and Frankie Martinez. & not in a good way.. I reached out to multiple real estate agents in my due diligence process to vet the best person to back my home buying experience. Their team proceeded to setup a 10:30am appointment with me and in the process sent a very peculiar and unwarranted message. They told me "mass-mailing any and all agents was a little red-flag -ish - but I'm happy to hear how you're looking to be helped tomorrow at 10:30" I then replied with confirmation of the 10:30 meeting and that I was unsure of how my actions were red flagish. I was looking forward to their explanation even though the message was off putting, I was still open to hearing what they had to say. Unfortunately, they never got back to me and the whole experience was distasteful. I am unsure of others experiences but I am only sharing mine in hopes that it helps those looking to purchase real estate in the Fresno area.

We dreamt of moving to the Madera Ranchos for several years. In 2021/22, after the market swung in sellers’ favor—bidding wars, waiving of inspections, short escrows, etc.—Jaclyn’s integrity and care were evident when she did not pressure us to make an impulsive or financially unwise decision. Come 2023, after welcoming our first child, we returned to the search for our future home. This time, we found our dream home and sought to sell our current property. Jaclyn illustrated her knowledge of the market and prioritized our interests in both selling and buying. When putting our home for sale, Jaclyn recommended a fair price to ensure our listing would gain a lot of traffic. Jaclyn went above and beyond - she helped us clean and stage our home. She also came over before every open house and showing to make sure everything was spotless. Because of her savvy marketing skills, keen eye, and hard work, we received five competitive offers within three short days.

When buying our dream home, Jaclyn represented our needs and fought for our interests. Jaclyn recommended a thorough inspector, who shed light on some major issues with the home. Although the sellers of the property were unwilling to help with replacements and repairs, Jaclyn was able to acquire a twelve thousand dollar credit on top of a ten thousand dollar concession, which ultimately closed the deal. Throughout a process that was long and both exciting and stressful, Jaclyn was even-keeled, upbeat, and focused. Not only did we see our dream of owning a property in the Ranchos become a reality, but we gained a lifelong friend.

All of this to say, I cannot recommend Jaclyn Crema enough. 100/10 recommend for all your selling and buying needs! 💜

We contacted Joseph Perez of your office requesting his assistance in selling our home. Within a few hours, he sent us a complete analysis of the home and property. He met with us at our home and after discussing the entire process to us, he listed the home for us. We had two offers the first day of listing. One of the offers was accepted and thirty days later, escrow closed right on schedule. Joseph monitored the entire process for us and was in constant communication with all parties involved, especially with us. His professionalism and attention to detail is amazing.
