Irit was incredible. PERFECT SCORE! We were very impressed with her no-nonsense approach. She is a very good listener and response with data and factual information from her wealth of experience. She actually found the buyer for our house through her network and experience. Many issues came up during the listing and selling process that required service people. She arranged the handymen, technical experts, painters, carpet cleaners (etc.) and she met them at the house to get ALL the issues solved. WOW!
When we received an offer she totally helped us to understand the contract and what points to negotiate. Irit basically handled the entire listing, fixing and sale. Full service, completely hassle free. It could not have been any better. I loved working with Irit and will again next time i need to buy or sell. PERFECT SCORE!

I went to this lady's open house. I did not put an offer in although I liked this house a lot simply because she as the seller agent is rude and unprofessional. During the showing, I asked very few questions such as "do you know the roof age", "when the HVAC was installed" just to know a little bit better about this house. She would respond with "all i can tell you is it is working" and "NO, you don't need know this" or "you ask too many questions". And she even said "this is not the house for you" twice during that 10-15min stay. I was shocked by how irritable the person is until she became a totally different "nice and welcoming" person when a white couple walked in. Yes, I am a person with color.

Looked at a house she was showing, not the friendliest. very abrupt and rude. Asked where we were from and it seems that she brought this up just so she could say "oh that place is a mess". Not professional at all.
