This company is FRAUD! They ran our credit report without permission also stating my account is unpaid and delinquent, which is not the case. I have every receipt and will take them to court. I am writing this so whoever else is called by this unprofessional company needs to watch out! Reading the other reviews, this company does yell at you and threatens you with everything under the sun! They should have a negative Star!

This company is corrupt. No idea how it’s never been shut down or audited. They are running a scam, I had some man Orlando evans yelling & who was so unprofessional when I was just trying to find out why I was being called. He wanted me to send him pictures of my real documents when I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor he said no because he’s the manager On my account so he will not have to pass me to a supervisor. Not even to easy my worries about submitting my REAL documentation. SCAM SCAM SCAM

ORLANDO EVANS IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE! He over-talked me the entire time and then said I was being rude “we not finna do that” in his words. How you mad at me because I have no knowledge of this fraudulent company on my credit profile. After he hung up on me I called back to speak to his supervisor! Because how you going to hung up on me about something concerning my credit!! So the lady I spoke with claimed the supervisor was on another called and she said she’ll help me. So I said I don’t know anything about this company BY LAW YOU’RE REQUIRED TO INFORM ME OF ANY DEBT GOING ON MY PROFILE SO SEND ME THE VALIDATION OF THIS DEBT! That’s it that’s all! She begins to over talk me as well, repeating herself over and over. I asked her to let me speak because I let her speak, of course she kept over talking me again. Idk why they think they can talk over you thinking that what they saying is right and trying to get you to settle a acct that’s not even legally possible to be on my credit. Statue of limitations and no signature with INVESTMENT RETRIEVERS So yea patiently waiting on this letter they claimed to sent! Definitely reporting this company to FCRA AND BBB. THEY SHOULD NOT BE OPEN OR OPERATING AT ALL!! I’m still baffled at who this company is, and what contract or signature they have with my name on it! FRAUD SPAM RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL LIARS

I am very surprised that this company has two reviews with five stars. This company is very unprofessional the person I spoke with told me if I don’t pay they are going to sue me, so I said ok I will open a court myself to fight this can I get your information on where I should send the papers to and they said No….. So what your trying to tell me is you can sue me but I cant. He laughed it off will be having a lawyer check this company out.

Very unprofessional this so called Orlando person he just threatens you the whole time. They’ll pretend to be using private investigators to stalk you and harass the immediate people you know. Family, friends, co workers, and employers they go beyond to get on that scare tactic lol

If I could give ZERO stars I would, what a shady company this is. Tried threatening me with court, when I have court documents stating something different from what they are trying to tell me. I should sue them for defamation!

i agree with the review they are just keep bugging and they will do check your credit without any permission what kind of business does this . u shouldnt be doing that people go through hard times and they just dont understand they will keep calling you at work and on your phone
