Eric was amazing through the whole home buying process. As first time home buyers, my husband and I had no idea what he process was like and having Eric was so helpful. Eric worked with my husband and me to help us find a house in Madison, WI. When showing us houses, he was very helpful in pointing out things that were good and things that were bad (for example, looking for water damage in the corners of the basement or ways in which the kitchen wouldn't be ideal for us). When we found the house we ended up buying, he gave us good counsel on how to put an offer in that would be reasonable but not over-zealous. He made the negotiating process smooth and helped us get a deal we were happy with.

We highly recommend Eric. He was professional but personal, he truly took our concerns and preferences into consideration when presenting houses to us. Eric went above and beyond more times than I can count.
When the house we bought was left in horrible condition Eric negotiated reimbursement for our troubles, a cleaning service, and repairs needed. He was on top of every situation and usually had a response to all of our messages within minutes. This whole process was much easier than it should have been thanks to Eric.

I highly recommend Eric Breidel if you are a buyer or a seller. He is very knowledgeable about real estate and provides excellent customer service.
