I've lived at an IRA property for five years and have experienced the many ups and downs that come with renting from this company.

That said, this review is solely for the newest residential property manager, Scott Stubbs. Scott has been an absolute professional and a pleasure to work with. He is prompt and exceedingly competent, communicates clearly and efficiently, and has now helped resolve two major issues that involved coordinating multiple outside contractors (a main sewage line break and a tree downed on power / communications lines). This is the first time I've been able to rely on property management to handle issues as they arise. Thank you, Scott! I really appreciate you.

All of these five-star reviews are fake.

That is why all of the reviews are either one star or five stars.

Don't take my word for it, before you sign a lease with these people, please do yourselves the favor of going and knocking on any door in any property that they manage, and just ask that person how they feel about IRA.

If you don't want to knock on the door, just go and sit for 5 minutes in front of any one of their buildings and talk to anyone coming in or out.

I actually had to write them a good review one time when I had raw sewage leaking through the ceiling into my kitchen everyday for a month.

In the process of finally scheduling a plumber they "requested" a good review, but in reality it was blackmail.

They also "requested" I have some of my friends and family members right for review, obviously knowing knowing how mad I was that my friends and family don't live in their buildings.

Edit: i can't respond to your response, so i just want to say the building was maintained perfectly before you guys took over. now it's a nightmare. You are charging me $1,400 for a little 2 bedroom with 800 square feet and you act like its low-income housing.

Anyone reading this just please do yourself a favor and before you sign a lease with these people, knock on any random neighbor's door and have a conversation with them about IRA. It doesn't matter what building you are looking at. They will tell you. 100% of their tenants are beyond unsatisfied.

I don’t usually leave 5-star reviews for property managers, but working with Scott Stubbs has truly been a great experience. He’s responsive, communicates clearly, and is always willing to help—even with the small stuff. It means a lot to finally have a place that feels like home, and to know there’s a reliable property manager there when I need support.

If you’re a landlord, don’t use them. I’m a potential tenant who has called their office 8 times in 2 weeks to discuss a few properties in the area I’m interested in & left messages, no one has answered & no one has returned my calls. Not a good sign for how they manage their properties.

I lived in a trailer park they were leasing out of. I left there in December and have been trying to get ahold of them to get my name off the lease since and I haven’t been able to get a response. I have called, left voicemails, and emails and gotten nothing in return. I have been getting charged rent since December and I am still stuck on the lease EVEN THOUGH someone has since moved into the lot I left. I am not able to move on and rent from anybody else while my name is on that lease so I have had to resort to moving me and my child into my sisters office. The lack of communication is totally unprofessional and quite frustrating.

So unprofessional. Never have had such a bad experience with a company, the property managers are horrible communicators and overall rude and shady. They are not prompt to respond or helpful in any way. They do not care about their tenants. If you are considering renting from this company, RECONSIDER. It is absolutely not worth dealing with these unprofessional and unethical people.

Avoid this company at all cost! I've rented a unit from them in the tooele area, on my last and final month of the lease I sent them a letter indicating that I was moving and I did not want release with them! I got no response and they tried to charge me for another month of rent.

After getting a hold of someone, they managed to take the last rent off, however they didn't put me off of the lease and I was charged for another month worth of rent after that. it's impossible to contact this company because all of their landlines are just connected to a bot system. I've been battling with this for the last 2 months been trying to get my deposit back and trying to give the keys back to the company. I'm still battling with this, and it's impossible to get a hold of someone. Be very cautious because if you do go with them you might be stuck in the same situation as me. And the last thing you need is for rent charges to be added to collections because they've been ignoring you.

These people are the worst company I've ever dealt with! They charged me over $3050 to move into the place then they wrote on my lease a different amount. I contacted them multiple times about the issues with the apartment. 1. The cold water knob in the tub broke right after move in. The tub lever to fill up the tub to take a bath fell apart the DAY AFTER MOVE IN! They never changed the filters in the whole year I've lived in the apartment. I moved out on Dec 14th and, I received a email saying they were sending me to collection. This is the 1st time since moving out the have contacted me and they contacted me saying they are sending me to COLLECTIONS! The management hasn't been constant in the year I've lived here. You call their number and just rings. You can't leave a voicemail. They only way you can contact them is threw email. The landlord, Scott Stubbs is the most condescending ass whole I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I asked for a 2 day extension, just 2 days because I'd been in the hospital and THEY FLAT OUT REFUSED! Please for the love of everything DONT RENT FROM THIS CROOKED COMPANY!
