Sonia was amazing in helping us pull together a deal on a house. We were on a tight schedule. She was able to help us get disclosures on five or six houses in just a few hours on a Saturday. We picked a house that we really liked on Sunday and Sonia went to see it with us on Monday afternoon. While at the house, she called the selling agent several times to let them know we were interested and started negotiating our offer. Within about 30 minutes and several phone calls between Sonia and the selling agent, our offer was verbally accepted. That night our formal offer was ready to sign and submitted to the seller. The seller signed on Tuesday and we were able to close escrow on Thursday of the same week (less than 48 hours from offer accepted to close of escrow!).

Without Sonia's personal efforts, diligence, knowledge of real estate, and care, we would not have been able to make this happen. All our future real estate needs will be with Sonia!

Tina went over and beyond to make our 1031 exchange an easy process for us. She first had to work with our tenants to show the Monterey condo, then staged it when the tenants vacated. It sold quickly and showed us numerous places before deciding to purchase a house in Hollister for the exchange. Since we live in Salinas she sent us information on the utilities and set up the solar account for us. She also found us a gardener. She really walks you through the whole process and checks up on you at every turn. At the end she bought my husband a patio set with rocking chairs that he wanted from the Hollister house. After the passing of my father and going through the process of his estate, I was not looking forward to the selling of my family home. My sister met Sonia at an open house Sonia Maiello and Meryle Sussman were holding around the corner from my dad's house. We chose Sonia and Meryle for what they brought to the table. Our family home had many deferred maintenance issues that would need to be addressed before selling the property. He was very patient with us, even when explaining the same thing again and again until we got it!
