I found IAS through the Dave Ramsey ELP referral program. Trisha was great to reach out before the appointment and provide a list of everything we needed to bring and explain what the visit would look like. Michael gave his full attention to questions during the entire appointment and provided education on different steps we could take going forward related to our tax situation. Been with Michael about 14 years and service has gotten worse over the past 5 or 6 years. Every year he has to file an extension because it takes him about 4 months to complete them. Communication with Michael is difficult, hard to ask questions and answers are not concise. Prices went up and service has went down. Been too busy to find someone else.

Someone referred me to here and it’s been terrible communication. I reached out and they asked me for all the information which I sent right away within 30 minutes. And then I don’t hear from them for more than 10 days, I had to call them and remind them and then they had a short phone meeting on a Saturday with me, said they will send me a portal link and I had to remind them again to send it on Monday, right now and then they sent it now. I guess they don’t have assistants because I have to remind them as their assistant. Won’t recommend this place to anybody. Looking for another accountant company now.
