I first started using Insurors Network in Camp Verde somewhere between 8 and 10 years ago. Initially an awesome agent. Worked on finding me lots of ways to save money. Over the years there was less of that, and then about 2 years ago it all went down hill. I dont know if there was a change in management, new agents, or what. The difference was night and day. I finally had had enough last November (2018) when my policies came up for renewal and I called to make a couple of changes. The agent made a big deal at looking up a few different options. I immediately started shopping for a new insurance agent/company, and called to let them know to cancel my coverages, and send me any necessary papers. When I called to cancel, the person on the phone sounded like an unamused teenager, but eventually said she'd take care of it. A month later I get a bill. I call Insurors Network, let them know about the bill, and asked why the policy wasnt cancelled. She actually said "Whatever" in response to one of my statements. Eventually she said again she'd take care of it. Another month later, I get another bill, make another phone call, no answer, I leave a message. Never get a call back. Couple weeks after that, get a letter and bill from a collection agency. A COLLECTION AGENCY!!!! I called this collection agency and they were able to take care of canceling my policies, and voiding the bill, in a matter of minutes, but the agent at Insurors Network couldn't be bothered, even with repeated phone calls from me. Avoid this business.
