Had to replace my condo insurance as the company I had was sold and exiting the retail marketplace. I was referred to Insurance Resources by a relative. Filled out a contact form and got a very prompt reply. The agent Susan B was extremely helpful in guiding us thru the process of finding replacement coverage. All documents and forms were handled via email. We were presented 3 quotes and selected one with coverage and pricing that met our requirements. All in all, Susan and Insurance Resources made the process easy and efficient. Highly recommend Insurance Resources!

Our neighbors referred us to Insurance Resources/Brian Ford when we were shopping for flood and homeowners insurance. We were pleasantly surprised by Brian’s professionalism and friendliness. He has great character. We decided to get our home and flood insurance through Brian and also moved both our car insurance policies to him. Kris has always gone the extra mile to respond to our requests and changing insurance needs. Our file has sometimes been more complicated as we are not full-time residents. As a nationwide flood and catastrophe restoration contractor, we rarely meet truly full service and engaged insurance agents. They just are a rarity in the market today. Much less the Florida market. Brian Ford has been a very knowledgeable and informed agent at every step of the loss process. He stays involved in the claims process for his clients long after the loss has occurred. I am sure at this stage and after Helene and Milton, I am not the only negative review. For the benefit of those entertaining coverage through Insurance Resources; I submitted a claim on December 18, 2024 and it is now February 17 and other then my phone calls to Universal, I have not had a single person contact me regarding my claim! Facts . . . .sad, but true.
