If buying insurance feels like wrestling a porcupine while blindfolded—and handcuffed to a ticking time bomb—Chris Thomas at IPA is the guy who strolls in, removes the porcupine, tosses you your favorite cold brew, pulls out his monogrammed wire cutters, and says, “I got this.”

When our carrier exited the Arizona market—and our previous agent disappeared into what we can only assume was the witness protection program unable to return our calls—we needed a Hail Mary. Chris delivered.

He untangled years of odd coverage choices, helped us correct inaccurate data, and presented real solutions for home, auto, and umbrella policies.

Chris knows his stuff and actually takes the time to understand yours. He answered every question we had. And we had a lot—like more questions than a Jeopardy contestant with a caffeine addiction kind of lot. He spotted issues others missed and made sure we had great coverage without overpaying. Even when we had to dispute an incorrect at-fault determination in CLUE, he followed through until underwriting made it right.

We walked away with better coverage, lower rates, and peace of mind. Chris is thoughtful, responsive, and genuinely easy to work with. He’s the real deal.

To be fair, he’s not for everyone. If kindness and respect make you suspicious… yeah, Chris might not be your guy.
