When he started his own business as an insurance agent, specializing in health care plans, my wife and I had no trouble talking to Samuel about our health insurance needs. I was very pleased to find Samuel Schwartz. When I first became eligible for Medicare I felt overwhelmed by all the new rules and options and welcomed having an expert to talk to. But the first Medicare insurance agent I spoke to was highly opinionated and biased. Not for me! Samuel isn't like that at all. He's very professional, presents the various plans and options available, and doesn't try to push me into any particular plan, as well as answering questions in an easy-to-understand manner. When it came time to apply for Medicare and supplemental health insurance, I felt a bit overwhelmed and unsure how to start comparing plans. Samuel was a referral from my brother-in-law. I moved to Los Angles from Philadelphia 6 years ago, and this year my Philly Insurance agent informed me he could no longer help me review and place my Medicare Supplemental and Drug plan.
