Let me tell you! This woman is amazing! Not only will she find you the best coverage and the best rates on your insurance, but she will stand up for the rights for her customers when dealing with claims issues! She not only got involved, but as the insurance claims wasn't being responsive to me or her she escalated it to involve not only her supervisor, but the President of the Insurance got involved! Needless to say that insurance claims department got off their rocket and started making moves to resolve the matter. And they are closely monitoring it to see that I am done right by them and satisfied with the outcome! My hats off to Laurie and the Insurance Doctor as a whole! Thank you for making my wife and I feel much appreciated and taking care of! Thank you so much Laurie! You deserve a raise!
