I called to get a quote and spoke with Daniel. I began explaining a bit of the saga I've been facing and he asked a bunch of follow-up questions. He then bashed me for telling him "more than he needed" and started to lecture me instead of provide me a quote. Around 16 minutes in, it was clear I wasn't getting a quote so I hung up.

EDIT: They earned a star back based on the owner's response. It's clear the owner actually reviewed the situation, understood the added frustration this encounter caused when things went awry, and responded to what happened without trying to excuse the miscommunication.

I don't recommend looking online yourself and having multiple places calling you to start a new policy.
