I can't stress enough how thankful I am to this company. Had a flat tire with no spare and five kids in the car and they had no tow trucks available. An off duty employee showed up in his personal vehicle to remove my tire took it to a tire shop and replaced the tire came back and put it back on and got me back on the road in no time. To top it off the charge was ridiculously cheap for being in the middle of the desert on weekend rates. Amazing people and service. So thankful there are still businesses out there looking out for others are not just their pockets.

I only have this company 5 stars because I couldn’t do 100!!!! I just have to thank Valentina for really being amazing and helpful. My husband was driving a 26 foot truck with a trailer home to Utah from California when a guy in a truck ran into his trailer. The trailer hitch came off and essentially he was stranded in a strange town 8 hours from home since he had nowhere to put the trailer which was filled with items he couldn’t leave on the side of the road. I called a few towing places and either got someone not really wanting to help or charged an arm and a leg to come get it and store it for a few days till we could get the parts we needed and head back down. I came across this business by calling down the list on google and when Valentina answered she was not only nice and helpful but gave us an estimate that was more than fair. I just need to share this because good companies like this are few and far between and I feel the good ones need recognition. Thank you to Orlando and Javier for treating our belongings and trailer like their own. A+++++ to Innovative Towing and Recovery!

I highly recommend Innovative towing to everyone who need help on the road. My daughter's car would not start. Since I was not anywhere around to know what happen I called and the gentleman sent a tow truck out. 1st the service was a lot less then some of his competitors. 2nd it seems she ran out of gas a then she let her battery die. The driver performed some magic gave her a jump the car started right a way. Then he followed her to a gas station just to make sure it started again. This was service above and beyond the call of duty. To make matters even better since she didn't need a tow they took off $50 from the service fee. God bless Innovative towing, God bless America
