These people are so smart and have saved us from costly mistakes on our taxes. Sadly, I left Wenonah and Jonathan for awhile and really regretted it! Other tax preparers are unreachable and frankly don't seem very smart about taxes. I feel super taken care of at the Income Tax Service.
As a side note, I see a couple unfortunate reviews here that really have nothing to do with how experienced Wenonah and Jon are at what they do day in and day out. Everyone can have a stress filled day at work and doing taxes must be the most stressful. You will feel well taken care of here.

Wenonah and Jonathan are not only super nice but also knowledgeable. They are detail oriented and find some mistakes done by previous tax preparers that can save your life. They are versed in legal matters, and can refer to attorneys as needed. It is so good to be able to ask questions after tax seasons unlike some company which is only open during the tax time.

The woman who runs this business is incredibly rude. After calling and explaining my situation she told me to come on in and that she would be glad to help. Upon arrival I met with her son (who was very polite) and had a short chat. Once she was free he told her I had two Schedule Cs and she immediately said she wasn’t going to help me. It’s obvious they are only looking for the simplest of clients. I drove 45 minutes each way with the intent of hiring them and have never been made to feel so lousy. The phrenology bust and snakeskins should have been a red flag. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND AVOIDING this place.

I called to ask about having my taxes prepared & was told they are NOT accepting new clients even though they prepared my neighbor’s taxes when I was his POA. I live five minutes from the office, a disabled Vet, did prior business with them & they still turned me away. So don’t waste your time if you are a potential new client because Castro tax service will turn you down.
