We absolutely loved working with Braden Boggs. When we called from Ga with our crazy list, I'm sure he was like "never going to find them a home". He gave up personal time on the weekends, and we had some pretty wild experiences in a few homes. He made the search fun snd less stressful and took the time to help us learn what we were doing on our first purchase. We will for sure be back for the next investment.

If I could rate this place with no stars, I certainly would. My experience here has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I attempted to utilize my private trust for a transaction, only to be met with resistance and misinformation from the agent.

Despite providing clear explanations and legal references outlining the operation of private trusts, the agent insisted on outdated requirements and even misled me about previous transactions involving private trusts. It became apparent that their understanding of trust structures was lacking, as they incorrectly stated that a private trust could have multiple trustees.

This experience has left me disillusioned with their professionalism and integrity. It's evident that they are unwilling to adhere to the legal framework governing trust transactions and instead resort to dishonesty to avoid their responsibilities.

I am deeply dissatisfied with the service I received and would caution others against engaging with this establishment. Their disregard for legal standards and commitment to honesty is unacceptable.

Would not answer calls. Went so far as to say our current phone numbers were disconnected however, that is the only way Mark Cassidy would communicate with us by text. So exactly how was he reaching us by text on a disconnected number...... Everything they required, we provided including the application fee. Only after we paid the fee and waited all day on a call we never got did we find out we were denied bc of something false on our report. I offered COURT DOCUMENTATION which I have in my possession and he refused to even look into it. Huge waste of time. Should have listened to all negative reviews from people who have dealt with him.

There are at least 3 properties listed for rent online that are unavailable. But haven't been taken down in weeks. The only phone number available goes to this man with a disagreeable attitude that doesn't even try to make it sound like he might work for a business. Then my call gets ignored when I attempt to inquire about another property!!! A disgraceful way to run a business. And a good way to see your that you do not have any renters.

Wow. People please take the reviews that people leave into consideration. People leave them for a reason. And I understand not everyone will have a good experience with businesses. As no one can please everyone. However that being said when the bad over rides the good then there is a reason

If I could give negative stars I would. Mark is the most unprofessional individual I have encountered. Trying to get ahold of him is always a problem. Tried inquiring about a property that we were very serious about renting. He answers one question and then leaves you on read. Never in my life have I ever felt like I was bothering a realtor for wanting to rent a listed property. I wrote him again recently for an update and seems as though he blocked the number because the texts no longer go through. Pathetic example of a realtor. It’s like he is a realtor that doesn’t want to make money. Lazy, rude and condescending. Do not waste your time!

I called about a place was told to do application. Which had a nice fee. Next day called because the house was no longer showing on website. Was told the fee was good for 30 days to switch to another property. Basically I lost a 35.00 application fee.
