* Ms. Abha is incredibly knowledgeable of local (Aurora /Napperville, Illinois) market and helped us understand the nuances of buying in this area.

* The best part of working with her - she always responded quickly to our questions, even late at night, or even when she was on her planned vacation. She made sure we felt informed and comfortable throughout the process.

* She has been patient and understanding, and put our needs first. She sometimes helped coordinating with various parties on behalf of us like seller agent, our attorney and lender. We felt like she truly working for us.

* While negotiation though she let us making final decisions but she gave her straight suggestion about possible scenarios and outcomes.

* Mostly the whole home buying experiences are usually not very smooth or stress-free, but when there are some subject matter experts it made things easier. In our case Ms. Abha was there helping us on every steps and connected.
