We owed a substantial amount of money to the state when we used turbo tax. We've always used turbo tax but this year we decided to see a "professional". This place was recommended to us, so we used them and they even amended last year's taxes for a fee to get us a little extra money.

Fast forward to when we get a bill from the state of Arkansas saying we owe DOUBLE. We called them telling them it was a mistake and guess who messed it up! Hutchinson.

So we are now penalized, owe more money and have to amend this year's taxes as well, and pay an astronomical amount until it goes through.

I went back in and told the owner I was dissatisfied and would like a refund. He began to brag about how they didn't charge me for the ammendment! WHAT. THE. HECK. I'm supposed to thank you for not charging me for your mistake? I had to go out of my way to go to their establishment, get my paperwork, and go to the post office.

His wife called and offered free tax service next year. No thanks. You guys have cost me more time and heartache this year than I care to endure again. A refund would have earned my business but yall just had to act like you did us a favor ?

DO NOT USE HUTCHINSON TAX SERVICE IN HOT SPRINGS FOR YOUR TAX NEEDS. MISTAKES ARE MADE AND THEY DON'T EVEN APOLOGIZE, THEY JUST START BRAGGING ABOUT NOT CHARGING YOU FOR THEIR MISTAKE.
