Huge THANK YOU to the team at Husky Homes! We worked with Alison on both the selling of our first home and purchasing of our new home and the experience was fantastic. Alison stagged our house beautifully, which allowed us to accept an offer over our asking price in just 2 days!! She also helped secure our new house by building a relationship with the seller ultimately getting the seller select our offer despite not being the strongest offer she received. I can say with 100% certainty we do not get this house if Alison didn't build that bond with the seller. Couldn't recommend Husky Homes more highly. I was already living in another state and needed someone to handle seeing my renters out and owning the process from list to close. I started by asking a friend in the mortgage business who they recommend - Alison Crim was the first name. I interviewed three listing agents and chose Alison and Husky Homes because of her data driven and detail oriented approach.

She was as responsive as I needed but owned every step of the process without ever requiring me to be physically present - not once! She managed the renter move out, found me painters for final updates, and staged the place so well I nearly moved back in. The furnishings and the accompanying media Husky Homes created far exceeded what I had anticipated, especially compared to the virtual options or light/easy in and out décor others proposed.

We had a complicated closing process due to rising rates and buyer's personal situations. Alison, with the skill of a Sherpa, guided me through the negotiations and final hour challenges to make sure we had a successful close for maximum value, again exceeding expectations for final sale price in a tougher market than recent years.

If we ever get to move back to Madison, we're calling Alison, and I will recommend her to anyone moving in, out, or just on to their next phase. Thank you, Alison!
