Kiana at The Saline branch went over and beyond to help me with a deposit of several dollars of coins. It took her several minutes and several bag changes in machine, but she pushed through with a smile. I am a new member and they have surely impressed me so far.

Pretty good bank and very helpful when needed but won't take deposits of coins unless they're in rolls and they have no coin machine. Another thing that makes me want to change banks is that their app you have to use is the absolute worst.This app never loads, it's like the servers it runs on are from 1994?!? I can never look at how much money I have when I need to or what bills have been taken out because of that the terrible app. If it isn't fixed soon I don't suggest putting your money here cause then you might as well be banking in 2003 again!

The staff is awesome!! I use to bank with Arkansas federal credit union and had issues and was lied to about my loan opened an account with hurricane they exceeded all expectations and beat arkansas federal ms rate by 4 percent!!

This is the best bank ever man, they get to know you by name and credit unions are so much better than banks, normal banks are always crowded and time-consuming. This place is nice and calm, The tellers are wonderful and I am a third generation banker here!

Sorry company to do business with had to change passwords like crazy since day 1 they keep resetting my passwords and I can get signed in 1 time and then it locks me out of my account the people are nice but the app is junk will never do business again if the app would work and not locked me out it be OK
