I was very disappointed with your customer service. Every single time I called about claim help or anything else. Nobody ever returned my calls. There are currently two claims that were filed on our roof and there should have only been one. I called the insurance office about it quite a few times and was told by the agent they would see what was going on, but no one ever returned my call. So I switched insurance agents.

The personal was very nice however had to follow up with issue. My main issue is with the underwriter. I canceled my insurance 40 days before it was due. However I was told I still had to pay for those 40 days. If you ever need to cancel good luck.
