Hate2 say Person w/disabilities requested patient advocates instinct sensed danger with them asked how to get their record since I need to motion the court. details (face/X), worried about being mislead or lied, Slander my name by communicating with other agencies about my condition HIPPA violation could be wrong this the reason I wanted request for records.
Had the cops called on me since my accomodations caught a patient advocates not being honest with me 2-15-/1-31-24 CPS Bertha tried to request a interview with me I told her no that's not why I'm there. Another patient advocates made a fuss about my safety accommodation called security, yet the advocate didn't help and told cps worker I was having a mental issue no trying to protect myself.

Both times they requested I prove that I have disabilities and need accommodation not sure if I had to but was willing too. Yet told by several staff this is Gila River this is we do things and there not bound by noone don't know 🤔? 1 star for now until I know the truth.

Worst job experience. The pharmacy environment is toxic, ~2/3 of the staff don’t even do the bare minimum of their job responsibilities, the director is terrible and acts clueless but knows it sucks and doesn’t care about the patients. Annual reviews are completely subjective based on however your peers feel, doesn’t matter if you exceed expectations and give 110%.

Parents be aware of the questions that they are ask your children... Know your parent rights. These questions asked can be miss leading and threatening for familys. my daughter answered truthfully as taught. this lead to behavior health that was more criminalizing then helpful. I was not aware of how quickly a pediatric check up could lead to an interrogation without my permission. Suicide is a real and sensitive topic. but let me as as parent start that conversation first...there are other words to use and tools to help.
Please seek a patient advocate and be alert. Hopefully our experience can make a difference on this topic.

I need to tell you all I’m glad I’m reading all these reviews now! As I will Definitely be keeping all my drs in Phx. That 45 min drive doesn’t seem to long. My only worry is what happens when I have a seizure and 911 must be called. I do have a very complicated Neurological Disorder, we move out to Maricopa in Nov 2024! If there were a Banner clinic/hospital I would t mind to much but that has yet to be seen a

Went to get some services done twice should've learned my lesson the first visit. 1st visit I went to the OP clinic, ok 45 min intake at the front desk is not to bad but could be better that's for sure. I was finally moved sent over to clinic only to have the physician look at me and say what do I want? I think the question should have been addressed differently. I addressed my issue and left. on 2nd occasion I had to visit the dentist which I spent 3 hrs waiting because the girl who was sitting at the front desk first told me that the providers went to lunch...ok wth. why would I be scheduled during the providers lunch time. I asked for later time in which I left and came back only to be told that what I was told was a mistake. at that point I didn't care and said whatever get me in. I was then taken into the back only to be told that this is not a IHS and the dentist would not work on me. worst visits ever

The dentist here is the worst!!! Went in with my autistic son who had been gesturing to his mouth. There was no visible signs of a cavity but I wanted to be sure that he wasn’t having tooth pain. The medical staff had always been wonderful with him so I felt comfortable taking him here. I had signed him in as an emergency because he had been signaling to his mouth for a few days and that was so out of character for him. When they took him in I explained to the dentist of the way he was acting and that he was nonverbal but that I suspected that he had a cavity. The dentist looked in his mouth the same way I did and said he was fine. No X-rays done, no inspection with a little mirror, nothing! I asked if he was sure and he said everything looked great. I took him to a different dentist a week later because I didn’t feel satisfied with the care the dentist at Hu Hu Kam provided. Sure enough he had a cavity!!! The second dentist didn’t see any cavity with the visual inspection either but was professional and gave him proper care and an X-RAY. My son must have been hurting from this the whole week!! I love this hospital and the care the other medical staff provide but I’m never coming back to this irresponsible dentist ever again!

I came to this ER because I was not feeling well at all. This was my first time ever at this hospital. The entire staff I made contact with from patient registration to triage to xray to the nurse and the actual provider and pharmacy were phenomenal!! Everyone was friendly courteous and professional. They got me feeling better quick. Thank you so very much!! You all do an amazing job.
