Well I've lived in Eufaula for about 2 years now and both years we have had really bad experiences with are taxes so this year we went to see Willie Gripper. We know what we needed to file with are taxes an Injured spouce form so of course we went in knowing what we had to do!!! Willie told us that we had to wait until are taxes we're intercepted by the IRS because he thought you needed to wait. I've been very upset with his whole performance he is avoiding all our calls now and we have been fighting with the IRS ever since!!! Don't go to Willie Gripper he's very unprofessional and a rip off all he cared about was getting that processing fee!!!

Paid almost 550$ in fees for a rapid refund and at least 1500$ refund advance. Only received 500$. Complete waste for money as we could have done it free as we usually do with turbotax. Now were out over 500$ for a (should have been) free return and 1/3 of the promised advance.
