I worked with Susan Mecca twice now. Both times, she over delivered.

She made it feel as if my wife and I were her only clients. As many people know, buying a home can be a very emotional process. Susan did a phenomenal job sieving out houses that met our desires and then showing us them. She kept us grounded and made us feel comfortable and confident in our offers. She doesn’t want to just sell you a house. She wants to help you and your family find a home that you’re happy with.

Lastly, she cares very much about educating her clients. I recommend her to all of my friends and family. All of them have been happy with her services.

Absolutely the worst home shopping experience. The agents I worked with at Howard Hanna were all about making there commission. I was treated as a dollar sign rather than a customer. Not only was the agent condescending she was uneducated on FHA financing. My assigned "agent" was more interested in pleasing the seller and the listing agent (whom works in same office). After the contact was signed the agents figured they could get more so they retracted my offer and at that point it was clear. The agents at Howard Hanna are out for themselves and very cut throat. I would strongly advise looking for representation elsewhere. BE AWARE and most importantly find an agent that puts your interests first. Buying a home is important financial decision that you should be excited about. Howard Hanna you let me down
