Leslie Pavlich did a fantastic job representing me during the process of finding and purchasing a condominium. It was a real pleasure working with someone who knew what she was doing. Even when some things didn't go the way I wanted, she always knew exactly what to do to resolve the situation. Jenna and John were awesome and so helpful! Answered any and all questions and in a timely manner. They went out of their way to help us. The only complaint is the appraiser they used missed things on the second trip back. He missed a major issue that he was already aware of. Which has caused issues post closing, which could have been avoided if the appraiser had done what he was supposed to before closing. So that is our only complaint. But all in all, we’ve had a great experience! I cannot give Jenna Bowman enough high praise, she is phenomenal! She cares so much, will go to bat for you, is there for you at all times, and is on top of things! She will even help take care of you after you close on a house if you need help! Awesome, Love her, will definitely use her again should we ever need a realtor!

We are out of the state, cash buyers.
The property was advertised at retail price as move in ready, worry free living with lots of upgrades. We saw the property once while the sellers still lived at the property. Inspection uncovered some issue and we placed contingency. Final walk through was done as video call with seller still present and cleaning. Both sellers and agent failed to disclose leaks in the basement, broken water heater, scratched , stained and damaged wood floors above regular wear and tear. Contingencies were not met. Curtain rods and wall fixtures were removed. Sellers left damaged walls and wood frames behind. Pile of trash was still on the street, a week after the closing. Needless to say it will cost money and effort to bring this property to “worry free living” level. Both sellers, agent and apparently the broker ignored our concerns to rectify the situation. When we walked in we noticed that the water was turned off. We called the city first, thinking that maybe the city turned it off. When we got a hold of the agent we learned that there was a leak, after which we were simply told to call the warranty, which we did. They didn’t have us on the list yet! 3 weeks later we are sill dealing with replacing the water heater and fixing the leaks. No refund or even an apology from Glenda Owens who asked to send concerns and she would forward it to her manager and the sellers. What happened after that? We spoke to Donna Miller, the sales manager, who heard us and was nice over the phone. Nothing was done to rectify the situation and then they simply ignored us.
