Deneen’s service truly went above and beyond anything not only that I’ve ever experienced but also anything I thought I would have expected. Her communication both via phone call and email was phenomenal! She was quick and thorough in her responses even anticipating and being prepared for my needs. So I’ve been with this branch for over 10 years, but this office doesn’t seem to know how to cancel policies when you get rid of a vehicle. I have gotten rid of 2 vehicles since being with them, and they continued to charge me for those vehicles months after they’ve been gone. This happened to me back in December and again in July.
The team blames it on underwriting, but regardless of whose fault it is I should not be charged for vehicles I don’t have.
Communication is also poor, I told Kevin I wanted to unenroll from auto pay, and he never unenrolled me, I also sent an email with proof that I got a new auto insurance from a competitor so I could be done with State Farm and they didn’t acknowledge it and only wanted to cancel my renters rather than my auto. I do not recommend this team. It’ll be a miracle if I can get a refund after being charged for a vehicle I no longer have. Take your money elsewhere.
