I've been using House of insurance nearly continuously since I turned 16, and I turn 35 this year. I'm over it.

Honestly since COVID their customer service has been in the toilet. No notifications or notices for late payments, dropping the ball on removing vehicles that have they have been asked repeatedly to remove, and all around having a dismissive and elitist attitude.

If you want an insurance company that is going to have your communication with you and is not going to do the things that they say they're going to do, then this place is probably for you. But if you want an insurance agency that actually stands up and does the things they say that they're going to do and works with you and works for you, you probably need to go somewhere else.

Steve at House of Insurance is absolutely a 5 star guy. My insurance is at the lowest it’s ever been. Over the years there have been times that I needed a hand on some things and Steve has ALWAYS come thru for me. To me, there’s no such thing , as another insurance company! Many Thanks

If you're looking for insurance, this is your best bet! I've been with House Of Insurance for quite a few years now and I've never been more satisfied with an insurance agency. The customer service is phenomenal! Penny is the sweetest and most helpful agent! But, that's just an added bonus to the lowest insurance prices I've ever had! They work hard to ensure that my insurance policy is what works for me and that my rates are affordable, and they never fail. I recommend all my friends and family to them. And for the friends/family that have gone, they've been pleased to see their rates almost cut in half! Keep up the good work, House of Insurance! You've got my loyalty!

Highly recommend this company to any and everyone. They work with multiple insurance companies and find you the best coverage for the lowest price. They offer more than just car insurance. It's a small business with only two employees, a lady and a gentleman. Im greeted with smiling, friendly faces every time I need to come in . I have to come into the office alot because Im new to adulting 😂...and they are extremely helpful and patient with me...and are able to not only answer my questions but explain things in a way that it helps me to understand what im looking at next time. House of Insurance is the only insurance company that I will ever use as long as I'm a resident of North Carolina. Don't believe me, though. Stop by today and find out for yourself.

Pennie is wonderful! They really do work to get you the lowest price they can and work with you for whatever you need. 5 out of 5 stars. State Farm charged me 228 a month for my car insurance. They were able to get my policy down to half of that! I can't thank them enough for working with me and being so fantastic to go to!

If you are looking for insurance go else where! This is a small practice with 2 people that has worked there the entirety of my policies. I had been a customer for 6 years and I called to pay my insurance and a girl I have never talk to before answered the phone, she told me that she wanted to write my credit card number down and that when she processed the payment she would call me back, I nicely declined and told her that I didn't feel comfortable with that, just to have someone call me back when they can process my payment. When I got a call back it was from Steve's(the boss) personal cell phone(I guess so he wouldn't be recorded), he continued to cuss me out about it and told me that that's how thing are going to be done from now on, that Jennifer(new girl) didn't have a computer at her workstation. He was a straight jerk to me after 6 years of me giving them my money! Why did they hire someone if they didn't have the proper equipment for her to use. I was nice to her and didn't give her any problems, I feel that after 6 years of paying them that I was treated unfairly!

Iv'e been with this company for 15 years. now that I have moved out of state, they can't take care of my insurance needs. I hope I have the same rapport with my new insurance company that I experienced over the years with Steve Redmond.

They are super nice and very helpful. Pennie always sends us a reminder of the last day to make a payment before we have a lapse in coverage. I highly recommend this place!
