I would rather 0 if I could . Stev Fischer my agent, been there about 20 years. Tree fell on my truck and their appraisal said 9.5 k and 16 days. It's over 60 days, using their appraiser, their body shop. Been told every week for 4 weeks it would be ready. Don't trust Horace Mann insurance or their body shops
