Marilyn Smith met us at a property to show us. She brought her husband that was drinking beer in their vehicle and was constantly hollering “are you done yet” not very professional. She also conned my father out of his house. STOLE THIS HOUSE by getting him to sign this paperwork. Supposedly there was a closing date he would get paid and she would not return our phone calls. She took possession of the property for FREE and sold it. She made a 100% profit. We tried to take it to court but since my father signed this paperwork he could not win this battle. Be careful Marilyn will rip you off in a heartbeat!!
