Horrific -- and I mean REALLY horrific -- customer service. You are a LOON if you give your money to this istitution. ESPECIALLY if you are a business customer. They will NOT help you at the bank and you will be forced to deal with an online Business Center, which has a phone system waitime often exceeding 1 hour. It's pure insanity. Too many options for this type of nonsense... Do some research and put your funds elsewhere. Trust me: most of these positive reviews just have to be fake, fake, fake...

The bank manager Tamara is outstanding. I've never met a nicer or better bank manager. And the assistant manager Jamie is great too. AND all the employees are above any employee at any bank I've ever banked with.....

I went in to acquire info about CD and Money Market rates for a friend I was trying to help. Katie Davis waited on me, and we began to discuss my accounts. I was not aware that HTB had an attractive 7month CD for existing customers of 4.5%, while I was only earning 0.5% on my Money Market. She also told me it was possible to earn much more on Money Market account, but she would have to inquire of HTB management to get approval. In the end, I secured the CD with her and she got the approval for a higher money market interest rate for me. A great example of customer service by Katie, and a reason that I'll continue being an HTB customer!

I have been banking when them for yrs , they are very friendly, and very knowledgeable and they handle your transaction quickly, but there phone App sucks, half the time you can’t login in or it’s down. Please work on it.
