I would recommend Homes That Click without hesitation. The personable professionals guided us through every step, from readying our home to sell, to buying our new home. Deb offered candid advise on the improvements we needed to make and she gave us helpful resource information. Jerry made sure we understood structural concerns in the dozens of homes we viewed. Micah complimented with being present for additional showings, the open house, and the closing of our new home. All staff were responsive to our needs. Communication was clear re: paperwork necessary for the bids and closings and they explained the nuances of the process. We were able to buy a terrific home and sell our home quickly. The results were beyond our expectations.

As soon as we decided to sell our house in Dublin, OH, we reached out to Debbie and Jerry, they helped us to decide the pricing range, by showing comps for our area, and checked our house, within a week, arranged several service providers from Painters to Handyman to take care of things which needs to be done before listing our house. Our house was fully ready within a week and on the same day of listing, she was able to get us potential buyer. Within 25-30 days, we were able to close our sale and we moved to our new house. In this process, Jerry also helped us in the buying process of our new house, for inspection, contract reviews etc., Thanks to Debbie & Jerry for their help
