Wonderful super fast experience posted online and accepted a buyers offer in 48hrs and closed escrow and sale was recorded at county in two weeks, could of closer in one week if it was not for the fact buyer was out-of-state. Sale price was 25% higher than any other sales all of which used off-line brokers with a length escrow and closing all unnecessary in todays digital world plus I saved 6% and got to keep all my equity. Note all the fake 1-star reviews are from untrustworthy offline agents continuing to hold onto their 6% total scumbags should no exist in an open free market and won’t for much longer, bring on this much needed change for the better - thanks to the digital world we live in.

I started using Homelister when they gained notoriety back in 2021. Very convenient, thorough, and simple process. However, something is going on within the company. After having my house on the MLS for 30 days they terminated my contract and removed my home from their platform. They reasoning was that there isn't enough interest in real estate in my area, which is not true because I'm in a town that's a part of the metropolitan area of one of the best real estate markets in the country. Nevertheless, I can't give them 1 star because I've had more good experiences than negative. Hopefully whatever issue they are going through gets settled sooner rather than later and they can get back to being a disruptor in the real estate sector.

Started working with Homelister a week ago. After saying someone would install the sign, they notified me that my house was outside their install area. Finally got the sign almost a week later. It was bent and damaged. They promised to send another one overnight but it never came. Getting someone to actually care was fruitless. Kept giving excuses and only offered a $50 credit. How do you sell a house with no signage? I can only imagine how they will handle the rest of the process.

I had an excellent experience with Homelister and could not recommend them enough. I will admit that I was a bit nervous at first. I’d never sold a home before and didn’t know what to expect AND this was also going against the grain of what most people do (which was so not like me!). But on the recommendation of a friend, I gave it a shot. Because, let’s be honest, who doesn’t want to save $30k?!

I live in an area where homes were flying off the market with multiple offers so I figured I was already in a really good situation to give it a try. Out of an abundance of caution, I chose their platinum package so they assisted me figuring out a list price, got me set up with a professional photographer, helped with staging, and helped manage all the offers and counter offers and paperwork. The help and support was beyond what I expected. Maria was my dedicated support agent and she was fantastic. She (and everyone else I spoke with there) were knowledgeable, responsive and helpful and made me feel comfortable with every decision.

I ended up getting over 50 requests to show my house via the Showtime app within the first day (again, I live in an area where the real estate market is booming) and had 9 offers 3 days later. We ended up opening escrow within the first week and had a smooth close 30 days later. The escrow part was what I was really nervous about but again, Maria was fantastic and helped me whenever I had questions (as did our escrow team). At the end of the day, the entire process is not nearly as complicated as real estate agents want you to think (because then they’d be out of job) and I’m so glad I went with Homelister. I am recommending them to everyone I know and will undoubtedly sell with them again.

Went through the ENTIRE process of filling out the info for my house, uploading photos, paying for the service, signing the listing documents only to find that they dont sell houses in PA... How can they let me get through the whole process without telling me that? HUGE waste of time. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Will NEVER use again.

Sold with HomeLister in 2021, amazing experience. Sold in a week (given, it was Labor day weekend, and saved thousands by doing it myself). Will never do it any other way and certainly will not use a realtor going forward.

All I can say is WOW!!!! I just recently put my home for sale with Homelisters. I was so impressed with so many Facets of this company. Every time I called they actually answered. I had an over abundance of help/support with every aspect of my sale. From signing with them all the way through the sale of my house. OH the best part is I saved $37,500.00 on Realitor fees.
