I use their service, and it is helpful because they are up to date on upcoming changes to policies. I also don't mind not having to call around for the best rates. Their customer service isn't so hot, though. Nearly every time that I call, they are not very polite.

They didn't renew my insurance or advise me it wasn't renewing, which caused a lapse in coverage. Costing me 3,000 to gain new coverage because the "lapse" is negative impact on my insurance.
