I purchased my BRAND NEW home two years ago and loved the Holland Homes look. I asked around and many people bad mouthed them and said their reputation was not good and their building quality was very poor. However, I did not take heed and wish that I did now.

As a first time homebuyer purchasing a brand new home, I am experiencing many problems out of my home that Holland Homes will not back or fix because “it is out of the one year
warranty period.” I noticed what looked like a water leak about a week ago and the wood is buckled and soft; the carpet was noted to be wet; and after further inspection by myself (who is not a construction expert), noticed the back door was installed backwards…the wood is already rotted and the hinges are rusted.
The flashing by the roof was also poorly placed. Now, I am having to pay out of my own pocket to replace their faulty building mistakes. This is not how you should be treated. Do not purchase a home from Holland Homes.

Despite a minor hiccup with communication about neighborhood expansion plans, Daniel Holland swiftly addressed the issue, demonstrating their commitment to customer satisfaction.

Overall, Holland Homes is a top-notch home builder genuinely dedicated to crafting quality homes and ensuring a pleasant home buying experience.

After searching for over a year, I finally found the house of my dreams at The Cove at Shiloh creek, after researching Holland Homes and plus it’s perfect location I knew I found the right location and the right builder.. These homes offer a modern feel and look, with a cozy quaint setting.. Not only is Holland Holmes the best, but the staff was superb from the moment that I walked through the house to the end of closing I was helped every step of the way. They kept me updated, made all documents available and easy to access, walked through the whole house with me inspecting every inch plus teaching me how the home works and providing me contact information in case I needed anything.. I feel so blessed to have found this hidden jewel .. Great Experience and Great people
