I came in to look for a job, the lady at the front desk was rude. She stopped in the middle of me talking to answer a phone call and after she got off the phone, she did not invite me back to the front desk to finish the conversation. I sat there while she talked to other co workers and they were whispering. It made me uncomfortable. I would not recommend going there to get help. Horrible customer service.

The worst place since the main lady left my husband has been there since 2022 the last 3 months has been horrible the over paid and took it 2 weeks leaving us with almost no money to eat get gas or anything 😭😭 they did not let anyone know about the over payment when they CLAIMED they sent a letter or email or called WE DO NOT RECOMMEND

Extremely rude and unfriendly staff. I brought my husband in to fill out an application and was going to wait in the lobby for him because it was raining and miserable outside. When the lady at the front desk came back, she told me that I would have to go sit in my car if I was going to play on my phone. I don't mind being asked to go outside because of that, but there's a way to do it. DO NOT GET AN ATTITUDE WITH ME AND BE RUDE TO ME ABOUT A RULE THAT I HAVE NO WAY OF KNOWING ABOUT BECAUSE THERE WAS NOTHING POSTED ABOUT IT! I'm honestly surprised anyone even still comes to this company. Probably the worst temp agency in New Bern.

This is by far the worst temp agency I’ve ever been to. The people there are extremely rude and unprofessional. You can clearly tell that they don’t want to help you and if you have a question or two about anything they just try to rush you away. I seriously wouldn’t recommend going to this temp agency even if it were the last temp agency on earth BIG THUMBS DOWN.

I currently am employed through these guys they are extremely friendly very helpful and knowledgeable about surrounding jobs I appreciate the honesty hope in the future to turn permit to the job I work for i enjoyed my experience through these people
