Hector did a great job, he made sure to check everything even if it were small things. Gave lots of insight and information for new homeowners and was honest and thorough with his process. Wish H&L had more recognition! Totally recommend them if you are in Kings County area! Laporsha also has great customer service. She made sure to be very communicative, thorough, was very fast with her responses, and kept it professional!

Excellent home inspection company. My homeowners insurance required a new home inspection be done to keep my file up to date. They came out within 2 days and Hector did a great job making sure everything was marked that the homeowners insurance required. Laporsha also did a great job answering my questions and was very quick emailing me back with any questions. Highly recommend them to do home inspections.

Hector Ochoa Was referred by our realtor and let me tell you he took his time did not cut any corners did the job rite and went back review everything he wrote down to make sure he got it everything down on paper.he explained what he what doing and how it should be and what the expectations should be. He was very nice friendly man appointment last about 2 hours to insure every corner was touched roof, backyard, garage attic, electricity plugs.great work thank you Hector Ochoa & H&L Home inspections you made my home buyers experience a breeze!
