Terri and Keary have been great to work with. I’ve had success selling several homes with them. Good communication and very reasonable listing options that fit a wide range of needs.

Wow! I have never had to click on all these negative attributes, Poor Quality, Poor Value, Not Professional, Not Responsive. I think Hive Realty LLC won all the bad attributes. I do not recommend their services to anyone. Please, please use another Flat Fee service. We tried to change the service from Full Flat fee to just MLS listing before the 30 day limit, and after doing all the work, dealing with realtors, service companies, lawyers, etc, they (she, Terri Warner) that they wanted their full fee. I think she needs to open a GoFundMe if she needs money rather than scamming her customers. I still cannot believe this happened to us and she did this. Please, please stay away from this company and from her. They can't be trusted. They also have been reported to the LLR in South Carolina.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Terri and Hive realty. I'm using them for my second sale as an MLS only listing. I chose to do MLS only listing because I have some familiarity with the real estate market and process, am organized enough to schedule my own house showings, got a photographer to take pics/stage, etc. I think the value is really fair as I don't need a selling agent! I also added the Supra lockbox each time.

I was surprised there are negative reviews but I think these come from people who try to save money but in reality they actually need selling agents (because they aren't familiar with the process or aren't organized enough to do everything themselves).

We purchased full service with understanding we could downgrade within 30 days. During that time communication with Terri was extremely poor and we didn’t get any feedback or information from viewings. We asked to downgrade via text message and she responded yes we could. From that point we were doing all the scheduling calls and negotiation and remedies for our home. She did nothing else. We are now getting ready to close on our home and she wants the full service fee despite that we didn’t receive full service. She insists we saved thousands of dollars through her. She agreed to lower service and is now charging $1825 more. I would not recommend dealing with Terri.
