This bank has by far, the best group of people I’ve met in a bank! There are always a few people at every place that are good, but HPB&T has the whole team that treats you like old friends. Jon Levey the president, is on the floor like everyone else, there to help you with whatever you need. He actually has been a tremendous help to me on several occasions regarding both, personal and business banking. I’m strongly recommending HPB&T!

First time ever using this bank. Because of a difficult situation with a check that came from a Wintrust branch, I ended up having to deal with this location. To sum up my experience without talking too much - I went straight from here to Chase and closed my accounts.

This was by far the best banking experience I've ever had. The employees had some difficulty figuring my situation out, but they worked together and got it handled. They went above and beyond calling the other branch, explaining the process to me, keeping me updated. The biggest difference? I actually felt like they cared about me and what was going on in my life. Even if they weren't able to take care of me, that alone would have made this a 5 star review.

The NBD highland Park bank oct 1987 collected for me the money left behind in an account at the fort Belvoir credit Union in Virginia. They then took wire, into an account they had let me open for a local address on din din ave, from fort Benjy harry Indiana. They then transfered the balance 6 month later June 1988 after have left town 3 month before to california to 1st national carbondale.
