This was our first time selling our home and we interviewed many realtors before we listed our home. We wanted the right person since we were moving out of state and we knew there was so much we could do. We needed someone who can help with the process and be hands on in every step of the way. Our friend recommended Jae to us and said she is one of the best realtors in LA. We reached out and she came to see us and right away we knew we found our person. Jae was extremely professional and was very knowledgeable. She answered all our inquiries and addressed our concerns. We wanted someone that would advocate for us and negotiate so we can get the best deal and fair price for our home. Jae advised us throughout the whole process. She was easy to reach and extremely responsive which was great. She had great vendors and access to people that could get the house ready for sale. She negotiated in our behalf and always had our back. If we needed to move something or come to the house to get anything done, she would be there personally. I don’t know how this woman does it but she gets it done and was available to us whenever we needed. I highly recommend Jae and would definitely contact her for all my real estate needs.
