The Hertz Brothers are great to work with - we worked most closely with Chris during a cross country relocation. When Chris wasn't available to show us a home on short notice his brother came. They're both incredibly knowledgeable on the market. They came prepared with printouts of information about the schools, location, and comps. And, when it came time to negotiate Chris had a lot of great suggestions during the process. It took us a while to find the right home but Chris was extremely committed and attentive the whole time. He still continues to check in with us to see how we're doing which is a testament to his customer service. Thank you Chris for helping us find the perfect home for us!

Chris Hertz is unbelievable to work with. Very responsive, worked with what our budget was, and completely reliable in more ways than one. I’m a first time, business owner, and Chris made this come true. He worked in finding me a perfect location within my budget, and made sure that even assistance needed to bring the property up to par, I would use reliable sources. All through this process, he continues to check up on me and if I need anything, he’s always there. Again as I move forward and expand this business we are also looking into getting our first property. Chris knows the market, he has great suggestions, and will go out of his way to make sure that the buyer or in this case me as a tenant, for a business is completely satisfied. I’ve known Chris for the last 10 years and he has always always come through.

We have known Chris and Will since middle school. When looking for our first home as a family Chris and Will we able to zero in on the type of home we wanted in the couple are areas we wanted to live in. When we got into a bidding war with 7 others for the house we wanted Chris and Will came up with a strategy that got us the house.
