Not a good bank. Some fraudulent activity went on in my account. When I called in to report it they sent me to the fraud department. Who claimed they couldn't see the transactions and sent me to the front desk. Who sent me to the fraud department. Who sent me to the front desk...

Would not recommend them.

I always have the most surreal experience here. Signed up- of course I said yes to a card, took 3 months and constant asking to get the Visa card, losing cash with HCU, handed teller cash and lost cash when I handed it to them :pulled it behind the computer then said I gave them less than I did ?not the first time. I have to be vigilant ever second when I work with them it's ridiculous, now i don't have enough cash for food today, so weird. I'm always quiet and nice to them, it's like they hate me , i'm confused about why , so weird.

Worst experience ever. Trying to sell a travel trailer to one of your members this credit union ask for something from DMV and i go and get it then they need something else and then they need something else. I am a retired F&I manager never in my life have seen how this credit union cant get all the information at one time, i feel bad for the people that r trying to purchase this trailer. FYI hire a f&i professional that knows what DMV regs. r for to make a loan packet the right way.

11yrs ago when I get my very first brand new Chevy Tahoe and HCCU is the one that gave me my loan. I'm fortunate that even my credit score doesn't look good they still tried to give me a shot to build up my credit. Thank you HCCU!!!
