The agents that care! My family has used Hendren's for many years now. My parents knew the Hendrens growing up, and I went to school with some of the current staff. If you're looking for caring, knowledgeable, and reputable agents, then give Hendrens a call. They will soon be taking care of my kids, which will be three generations for our family!

Despite having a written policy that included the exact amount my payment would be every month, I noticed it always was higher.. I questioned it but was always given pathetic excuses.. when I questioned the excuses Lisa would become very rude.. Today she called and told me I had to make a payment on my policy. I called months ago and told them I was found another company with much cheaper rates and better coverage.. she said well if you don't make a payment we'll send you to collections and she demanded I send in my new policy from another company .. first of all, I called when I first went with another company. I asked to speak with the underwriter directly and she told me " he won't talk to you, he's too busy to deal with this". I said well this is why you lost my business.

Talk to Codey for 5 minutes and you'll see he cares more about you, the person, than any commission/profit he'll make from "selling" a product. Any recommendations he makes are made as if he were planning a policy for his own family.

The lady there is a thief i payed cash got bill say please pay point is dont go here unless u liked getting robbed i guess she needed money for xtra donuts pigs disgusting theives it was the brown haired late 40s women..said they didnt care about my recipt cause she dont have one on her end ..why cause thats how they rob customers nice scam hedernen ins

Would not recommend…Spoke to someone named John..He was very rude and when I asked questions his reply was was very rude and questioned me if I had a brain..Would not recommend..
