I haven’t actually used their services, but the lady at the desk was extremely friendly when I called to ask her questions. After a more negative experience calling another company this was a breath of fresh air. So, thank you for your patience and understanding! 🙃 I generally do my own taxes with intuit, but my boyfriend needs a little extra help this year.
